After filling out the application and booking your VIP 2-week block, you'll get your pre-work assignments. You'll fill out a strategy questionnaire, complete a pinterest activity, and assemble your brand photos and website copy to deliver in your client portal 48 hours prior to project kick-off. If you are writing your website copy yourself, I'll provide you with a line-by-line guide to make writing converting copy easy!

We'll have a kick-off on Monday morning to review all the pre-work together and set the vision for your branding and website as well as reflect on any strategy questions or modifications that need to be made prior to starting. After that you're free to relax and I'll do my thang!!

We'll spend the first 2-3 days developing your branding based on the vision discussed in the kick-off call. Prompt responses will be necessary to hit our deadlines, but with our project channel in slack, swift communication and revision requests will be easy to manage.!

Once we've finished your branding, I'll move on to your website home page. The home page sets the tone for the rest of your site, so we'll review that as the first milestone for your website development. From there, we'll have periodic check-ins with loom videos dropped in slack. All revision requests can be dropped in our channel or request for a brief video call can be set up at major milestones until the website is complete.

At the end of our two weeks, we'll hit that publish button and launch that new beautiful website onto the internet! I'll drop several training videos for you into your client portal for you to save and review when you need, so you're able to manage your site easily on your own and have all the tools and explanations you need to handle any standard update you'll need to make on your own. You'll also have 30 days of support from me following the launch for any little tweaks or questions you may have.

What if I have a copywriter, but i'm not scheduled with them until after the website is done?

Not a problem! You can either schedule your 2-week VIP block after the copy is done OR we can design according to the strategy and flow that's best for your website and simply add lorem ipsum / the copy prompts from the line-by-line guide to your site and you can have the copy developed later.

what if i need more than 5 pages?

No problem at all! We will simply adjust the pricing and timeline to accommodate the additional pages.

what's the sitch with revisions?

You get one round of revisions at each major milestone and one round of revisions at the end of the project to catch any final tweaks!
