We’ll work together across a 6-month container to restructure your business from the inside out—so you can build, test, and evolve with real-time feedback.
step 1: application + vibe check
Submit an application and you'll get an email notifying you to set up a vibe check, where we'll chat about your current business and your goals to assess whether this is the right program for you.
step 2: business audit + roadmap
You'll fill out a business autopsy questionnaire that will deep dive into your current business, operations, marketing, etc. as well as set the vision for where you want to go. From there, I'll create a growth roadmap centered around the 4 pillars.
step 3: initial consultation
After I've completed your roadmap, we'll have a consultation to review all the information, strategies, recommendations, etc. and make modifications to your roadmap based on our discussion.
step 4: weekly execution
Each week I'll deliver tasks for you to complete, with supporting guidance, to your notion portal. These will be in alignment with the growth roadmap established in steps one and two. Modifications can be made as needed based on the semi-monthly consultations and chats in slack.
