Inside The CEO Growth Lab, we use the Brand-to-Agency Expansion Model—built on my Six Key Concepts of Energy framework—to translate your personal brand into positioning, infrastructure, and marketing so your business can scale without losing the heart that built your success.

you right, you right

This isn’t a hiring problem... or a systems problem.

It’s a translation problem.

You didn't build this shit just to become a full-time employee working unpaid overtime.

You built the offers.
You signed the clients.
You even made your first hire and thought,
“OK, cool… this is where it starts scaling.”

…and then it didn’t.

And somehow, you just became the most expensive bottleneck in your own damn business.
Girl, You’re not confused about what you want…

  • A business that doesn’t rely on you for every freaking decision

  • premium offers that bring in hella money—without needing you in every client conversation

  • A team you trust without creeping on their work at midnight

  • A company that still reflects you—your identity, your standards, your edge—scaled into something bigger than you alone

You want to step into high-level leadership—but you’re still stuck in delivery, strategy, and sales.

You’ve hired help, maybe even built a team—but clients still show up wanting YOU.

And honestly? If three new clients landed tomorrow, you might sh*t your pants rather than celebrate.

You’ve tried saying “we” in your content, but you’re still the product.

Most people think it’s simple: hire a team member, add “we” to your copy, and boom—you’re an agency.

But the reality?
It’s a full identity and business model shift.

scaling from personal brand → agency

isn’t just a hiring decision.

and here's the part nobody tells you...

If your personal brand isn’t properly translated to your agency model, everything else—your offers, your team, your operations—will never be truly scalable.

You’re more in demand than ever (slay)—but now your job is more demanding than ever. More clients, more money, BUT ALSO more you required in everything.

You go to talk about your offers… and everything sounds off because you’re not just you anymore, but you don’t have a clear agency identity either
so
your messaging ends up vague, confusing, or watered down (barf)

You try to raise your rates… but now it sounds like
“I hired someone and now it costs more”
so
your audience hesitates, questions it, or straight up doesn’t buy

You keep hiring for the same role over and over because no one stays long enough to actually grow with the business (because no one was given a real path to grow in the first place)

You try to take a day off… and, sure as shit, within a few hours you’re back in Slack, answering questions, fixing things, and wondering when the f*ck you're actually going to get a break.

You hire help… and end up reviewing or redoing their work at 10:47pm wondering why you’re paying someone just to still do it yourself

And instead of building a company…
you’re just managing a
slightly more complicated version of the same business
that still depends entirely on you

You hire someone thinking it’ll “free up your time”…
and somehow you’re just as busy with double the responsibility... but hey, at least you made a whole $2k more this month...

Most consultants will try to scale your business with systems, processes, and more team members.

omg slay. let's do it

That's great and all, but they won't consider the brand that made your business what it is today... and that's a problem.

So when you try to scale your business without translating the brand that got you here into every layer of it—your operations, your offers, your marketing—the personal brand you've built and the agency you're trying to scale end up working against each other.

Which is why your audience still sees you as a freelancer, not an agency.
They still expect you on every project.

And the growth strategies you’re trying to implement?
They don’t hit with the same strength—or sustainability—because they’re not built on a brand that’s been translated to support them.

Scalability, team retention, recognition, positioning, repelling and attraction...

When you translate your brand to agency-level... Everything changes

You build a team that carries your standards so seamlessly… clients don’t ask for you—they trust the team you’ve built.

Perfect-fit clients see your premium positioning and think "Holy sh*t, I need them" and are happy to pay the premium price.

The elements of you that made all-star clients know instantly it was the perfect fit? They’re now baked into your entire business—so it still feels like you… just not limited to you.

Your business scales with a culture that has clients raving, communities fan-girling, and team members staying

Your marketing actually reflects the level you’ve stepped into—so it doesn’t sound like “I hired someone and now it costs more,” it sounds like an agency people expect to pay for.

The CEO Growth Lab

Private growth consulting for founders ready to evolve from a personal brand into a premium, scalable agency—without losing what made it work in the first place.

6 Months. 3 Pillars.

We’ll audit your existing infrastructure—across your offer suite, operations, and team management—to identify bottlenecks, optimize systems, build the backend required to scale sustainably, and fill any market gaps with premium, agency-aligned offers that elevate your positioning and support your long-term business model.

Business Infrastructure

Once your positioning, infrastructure, and offers are locked in, we’ll build out the assets and systems to support your marketing—from content to rinse-and-repeat campaigns to nurture sequences that move your agency forward.

Marketing Strategy

We’ll reposition your brand to command authority, attract right-fit premium clients, and clearly reflect your shift into an agency—without losing what made your brand so resonant.

Brand Positioning

see it in action

building a company culture

My client was in need of a new team member when her latest hire turned out not to be a good fit even though she had necessary skills and was great to get along with

Together, we evaluated her brand from the perspective of it's growth trajectory and new offers, new agency positioning, and it's origins through the lens of The 6 Key Concepts of Energy.

With that, we strategized how we could build a hiring, onboarding, and team maintenance plan that would attract and retain highly qualified team members with the skills to support the agency's growth and new services, as well as contribute to company culture and stay long-term.

A new, 3-part application process to refine incoming candidates in accordance with their skills, values, long-term goals, and brand culture alignment, as well as test their skills in real applications.

A new performance review form with built-in questions to assess not just skills, weaknesses, or training gaps, but also to promote innovative thinking, growth mapping, personal investment, business development contribution, and personal accountability for long-term impact on team growth, retention, and happiness.

our solution:

from standard agency to premium market leader

My client came to me mid-transition from "VA for Designers" to "VA Agency for Designers". The extent of the transition? New team member and the addition of "we" to content. No strategy on how to effectively integrate her team member into her current operations, scale her client base, or reflect agency positioning within her marketing.

After a deep assessment of her current operations, offers, and positioning and comparing that to her goals for a "day in the life of peak business". I saw significant gaps in her positioning, offer suite, and growth potential.

Refined positioning from VA Agency for Designers to Creative Operations & Marketing Agency to more clearly indicate what she does for her clients, immediately position her for trust and authority, guide expectations for inbound leads, justify pricing, command premium clients, and carve a unique area of the market for her specific skill set.

New premium offer to fill identified gaps within her market that she can fill with the work that she loves doing the most (because it's not just about growth, it's about alignment too). More on this next.

our solution:

filling market gaps

After assessing my client's current offer suite, operations, and market position, I asked what work she loved doing most, what she would ideally get rid of or outsource, and what she wanted her daily life to look like when her business was operating at it's dream potential.

We compared her current offers to the market and to her dream day potential and identified a perfect gap in the market that she could fill with her dream work for a premium price.

New high-ticket offer built around the identified market gaps, priced in alignment with market research and given a price-raise plan she can execute as she lands clients into the container. Projections around this offer alone indicate a conservative 237% increase in income by January 2027.

Marketing strategy to support positioning, pricing, and attracting best-fit clients for the container and repelling non-aligned clients. This included numerous content ideas, all-star client development, rinse and repeat marketing cycles, and a full document of marketable aspects of the container.

Offer Infrastructure to ready the offer for launch. This included offer strategy, execution planning, forms, questionnaires, portal builds, and more.

our solution:

marketing improvements

My client was a boss in the DMs, but she had been marketing her agency's services on Instagram for 18 months and had never gotten an inbound lead from content.

We assessed her differentiating factors, the marketable aspects of her premium services, build before, during, and after client-experience examples, and executed a content audit to review the gaps in her delivery.

Marketing assessment to understand what her strongest marketing points were, get clear on aligned clients along with their experiences, remove industry language that was causing confusion, and review all marketable aspects of her offer.

Content audit to review her content prior to publishing on Instagram. I submitted feedback on what to change, why, and how to apply for the future.  Within one week she had her first inbound lead from Instagram.
